12 MONTH WARRANTY

We’re confident in the long-lasting colour and durability of our 'PVD gold plated jewellery' pieces, which is why we offer a 12 month warranty against tarnishing and fading.

Most of our pieces are crafted using high-quality stainless steel, plated with 18k gold through an advanced Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) process. This is a high end coating process in which a layer of 18k Gold is applied using a vacuum coating technique, creating a beautiful finish to a base metal. Stainless Steel is the most hypoallergenic base metal for jewellery. This modern technique creates a finish that is up to 300% thicker than standard gold plating, making it exceptionally resistant to wear, even in water.

Our warranty specifically covers any discolouration, tarnishing, or fading of the gold or silver finish, up to 12 months. If your item loses colour or begins to tarnish, we’ll replace it, no questions asked.

Please note:

• Not all the products we stock are PVD gold plated. Our premium 18k gold plated pieces are not included in this warranty.
• This warranty does not cover damage unrelated to colour, such as breakage, bending, scratching or general wear and tear.
