SHIPPING
All orders are packed and ready to be dispatched within 72 hours from our Studio in Papamoa, New Zealand. During busy periods, please allow up to two business days for your order to be collected by the courier. All orders are sent via New Zealand post express tracked courier.
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and link.
For click & collect orders, we are based in Papamoa, New Zealand. Please email us to arrange collection. All click & collect orders are ready within 24 hours.
We use overnight express shipping for all NZ orders.

Pre-Orders
For all pre-orders, please note that the 'dispatch by' date is only a guide and an order may be fulfilled before or after this date. If there are delays, we will be sure to let you know.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will send your entire order when all products are in stock. If you wish to receive the in-stock items first, please place as two separate orders - one for in-stock and the other or pre-order, or email us at sales@studiozstore.com to arrange split shipping.
Please be aware that delays on pre-order products are outside of our control. Refunds are not possible unless we are unable to supply your order.
